How much does VAHTOR cost?
Starter is €199/month + VAT for up to 25 employees, Business is €499/month + VAT for up to 100 employees, and Enterprise starts from €1,690/month + VAT for 100+ employees. Annual billing is 20% off: €1,910/year for Starter and €4,790/year for Business, + VAT.
Is there a one-time onboarding fee?
Yes. Onboarding is €490 + VAT on Starter, €1,490 + VAT on Business and from €3,500 + VAT on Enterprise.
Which plan includes DLP for AI tools?
Real-time data leak prevention, including blocking PDF, Excel and Office attachments to AI tools, is in Business and Enterprise. Starter includes shadow AI discovery and inventory, AI policy setup, approve/restrict/block controls, policy acceptance tracking, EU AI Act basic reporting and an audit trail.
Which plan includes AI literacy training tracking and SSO?
Business and Enterprise. Business adds employee AI literacy training tracking, EU AI Act high-risk flagging, audit-ready logs, SSO/SAML and priority support on top of Starter.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT.
Do we need Microsoft 365 E5 or a network proxy to use VAHTOR?
No. VAHTOR runs as a browser extension for Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Brave, Opera, and the other browsers people use. People join with a personal device code. It does not depend on your Microsoft licence and needs no proxy or root certificate.
Can we start with a trial code?
Yes. Create a workspace, then enter the trial or promocode on Choose plan. The code activates the package it was issued for.
